斜带石斑鱼池塘化育苗研究* 郭仁湘** 骆剑 林彬 黄宗文 杨薇 陈国华*** (海南大学海洋学院 热带生物资源教育部重点实验室 海南海口 570228) 摘 要:测定了斜带石斑鱼池塘育苗过程中水环境因子和育苗水体浮游生物的种类、数量变化。育苗期间水温26.6-35.4℃;盐度为22.0-31.0;pH值为7.63-9.11;溶氧量5mg/L以上;光照1000-65000Lx;记录了一天的光照、水温、溶解氧和pH的变化;育苗池前15天只加水不换水,氨氮不断上升,最低值0.20mg/L,最高值0.42mg/L,育苗后期采取换水措施, 氨氮迅速下降;育苗期间,水体除正常投喂的轮虫和桡足类外,池中出现浮游植物16种、浮游动物11种,平均浮游生物生物量5.91×104个/L。经过33d的培养,得到平均全长3.05mm鱼种,单位水体育苗密度30尾/m3。 关键词: 斜带石斑鱼,人工育苗,水环境因子 中图分类号:Q132 文献标识码:A A Study on Industrial Seed Culture of Epinephelus lanceolatus Guo Renxiang Luo Jian Lin Bin Huang Zongwen Yang Wei Chen Guohua (College of Ocean, Hainan University;Key Laboratory of Tropic Biological Resources of Ministry of Education, Hainan University;Hainan Haikou,570228) Abstract:This article reported a modified industrial Epinephelus lanceolatus breeding method.. The changes of water environment factors, as well as the type and quantity of micro plankton were recorded during the whole artificial breeding process. The fertilized eggs of E. lanceolatus could hatch completely and develop into normal larval fishes on the following conditions: 28-30.7℃ temperature, 27-32;salinity, 7.39-7.90 pH Value, 6 mg/L DO and 3315.9 Lx average illumination intensity. The changes of all above environmental factors during the time span of a day were also recorded every 2h. The concentration of Ammonia nitrogen went up from 0.24 to 2.53 mg/L after 18 days of adding water only, then it dropped dramatically after water renewing measures were taken in the later stage. During whole culture process, 12 types of phytoplankton and 5 types of zooplankton were detected in the breeding pool, and the average concentration of plankton is 6.92×106/L. The average length of grouper larvae is 2.45mm by 300/m3 density at the end of 34d industrial culture. The results of this study indicated that using effective-microorganism (EM) mix shrimp-cracker method, the water quality could remain suitable for E. lanceolatus.
