损伤的保护机制作一综述。

Abstract:Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is not only one of the most serious microvascular complications
of diabetes,but also the important reason leading to end-stage renal failure. In recent years,podocyte injury
is identified to play an important role in the pathogenesis of DN and considered as a pivotal factor to induce
proteinuria and glomerular sclerosis. It is proved that Modified Huangfeng Decoction can reduce proteinuria
and improve renal function in the clinical work. The research progress of Modified Huangfeng Decoction in
