考研压力对医学院校大学生睡眠及心理健康影响的调查研究 高立 （济宁医学院） 摘要 目的 调查考研压力与医学院校大学生睡眠情况的关系，进一步探讨考研压力对医学院校大学生心理健康的影响。方法 采用Beck-Srivastava压力量表（BSSI）对名考研期间大学生的压力强度进行检测，并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）对其睡眠状况进行调查，结合症状自评量表（SCL-90）对其心理健康状况进行综合评定。结果 实验组大学生对照组大学生PSQI总分睡眠质量睡眠时间睡眠障碍日间障碍四个成份上P 0.05）；在入睡时间睡眠效率个成份上P 0.05）；实验组大学生在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖个因子得分P 0.05）；在敌对性、偏执和精神病性因子得分P 0.05）。结论 医学院校，应引起学校重视并及早相关。 investigate about grind pressure to the sleep and mental healthy in medical college students Gao Li,Jining Medical University,Jining,Shandong 272067,China Abstract Objective Investigation of grind pressure and medical college students sleep relationship, further discuss the deceased father grind pressure to the medical college students psychological health effects. Methods 956 college school students with intention to take entrance examination of postgraduate and 931 other college school students were evaluated with BSSI, PSQI and SCL-90. Results The experimental college students BSSI scored considerably higher than those in the control group, the difference has a statistical significant P 0.05 . The 6 factors score of PSQI of experimental college students higher than the control group,but only the differences in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep abstract and daytime dysfunction 4 factors score have statistical significant P 0.05 .The 6 factors score of SCL-90 in somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and fear were significantly higher than the control group, the difference has a statistical significant P 0.01 . Conclusion The students with intention to take entrance examination of postgraduate have more stressors. This not only affecting its normal sleep, further influence their psychological health.This with medical college students employment difficulty, lack of psychological counselling situation closely related to this phenomenon, this should cause broad school attaching importance to and take early related interventions. 当前大学生得到就业情况不容乐观，就业率逐年呈下降趋势，考研已成为了大部分高年级大学生提高未来
