无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝临床效果分析 　　【摘要】目的 观察疝环充填式无张力疝修补术应用于腹股沟斜疝患者治疗中的临床疗效，分析其优越性。方法 回顾性分析我院60例腹股沟斜疝患者应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的临床资料。结果 所有患者手术过程均顺利，历时36～95 min，平均（60.5±8.5）min；所有病例术后切口疼痛轻微，无需使用止痛药物，58例患者于术后6～8 h便开始下床行走，术后住院时间平均为4.5天，没有明显并发症发生，切口均达到Ⅰ期愈合。经12～16个月的随访，未发生1例复发。结论 疝环充填式无张力斜疝修补术的治疗方法， 　　具有适应症范围广、操作简便、创伤很小、恢复迅速、术后痛苦轻、并发症少及复发率低等优点，值得推广。 　　【关键词】腹股沟疝；无张力；修补术；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R657.8 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2017.36..02 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hernia ring filled tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of oblique inguinal hernia， and to analyze its advantages.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with indirect inguinal hernia treated with hernia ring filled tension-free herniorrhaphy were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were successfully operated， the operation time ranged from thirty-six to ninety-five min，the average （60.5±8.5） min；all cases were mild incision pain after operation， without the use of analgesic drugs，58 patients in the sixth to eighth hour of postoperative to ambulation，the average postoperative hospital stay was 4.5d，without obvious complications， incision I healing.After the twelfth to sixteenth month of follow-up， no recurrence was found in one case.Conclusion Hernia ring filling tension free indirect inguinal hernia repair has many advantages，such as wide indications，simple operation，small trauma，quick recovery，less postoperative pain，fewer complications and low recurrence rate， which is worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】Inguinal hernia； Tension free； Repair； Curative effect 　　腹股沟斜疝是最常见的腹外疝之一，严重的常可导致发生肠梗阻、肠管坏死、肠穿孔等并发症。传统缝合修补术存在术后复发率高、疼痛等诸多缺点，治疗复发性腹股沟疝的再复发率可达5～30%[1]。无张力疝修补术弥补了传统手术治疗的不足，国外已经成为治疗腹股沟疝的主要手术方式，国内也广泛地应用于临床，并逐渐成为疝修补术的主流术式[2]。本文回顾性分析我院60例腹股沟斜疝患者应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的临床资料，观察其治疗效果，分析其优越性。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　回顾性分析我院60例腹股沟斜疝患者应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的临床资料。所有患者均为男性，年龄35～76岁，平均年龄为（55.5±0.6）岁，其中单侧疝55例，双侧疝1例，复发疝4例。对有合并症的患者，先进行 　　相关检查和治疗，待病情改善符合手术适应症后再行手术。 　　1.2 材料 　　疝充填物和补片均采用美国巴德公司生产的定型产品（网状锥形疝环充填物1个，
