Words: speed camera,ceremony Expressions: at a speed of, stand on ceremony (2)know some knowledge about another new train. (3)grasp more expressions about travel by listening. 2.Ability Objectives After this class, students are able to (1)describe the main idea of Cultural Corner. (2)listen to the passage and try to take as many notes as possible. 3.Moral Objectives (1)Be able to be proud of our country’s brilliant achievements. (2)Be able to develop the sense of cooperative learning. II.Important Points 1.Reading a passage in a proper way and improve their ability to skim and scan. 2.Organizing their own sentences to describe the things that can go wrong during their travel. III. Difficult Points 1.Finding out the difference between the Maglev train and the ordinary trains, and the advantage of the Maglev. 2.Telling the man’s story by using their own words.
