It could accomplish A/D conversion, data processing, output displaying and alarming while the temperature exceeds the given threshold. The temperature adjusting devices were bi-direction SCR and heating resistor. It connects closely with our daily life, and it is also one of the common used four physical values, they are temperature, pressure, flux and position. It is also one of such physical measures that were earliest discussed by people. Its measuring and adjusting are very important for controlling product quality, improving production efficiency and accelerating the development of national economics. A temperature control system of an electrical resistor stove was designed in this paper.The system uses Intel 8031 MCU as main chip to sample, process and display the temperature data, to adjust the stove temperature and to give alarm when the temperature exceeds the given threshold. The system accomplishes the temperature controlling for electrical resistor stove and let the temperature varying according to a given temperature characteristic.2 The System Hardware2.1 Consisting of the hardwareThe system can be divided into two parts according to their functions, data sampling part and system controlling part.
