Its hydraulic system was designed, its working principle was analysed, and the PLC control system was designed according to the control requirements to the hydraulic system of workpiece turnover. The Siemens PLC of SIMATIC S7-200 CPU266 was selected and a STEP7-Micro/WIN programming software was used to program the system control process. Using PLC control hydraulic system, can be very easy to meet process requirements, improve greatly the system stability, reliability, security and automation level. © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
