贵州省农村幼儿园教师工作满意度调查报告 　　摘 要 目的：调查贵州省农村幼儿园教师工作满意状况。方法：以贵州省某地区的650名幼儿教师作为被试；采用吕国光老师编写的《教师工作满意度问卷》对被试集体施测，回收有效问卷617份，有效回收率为94.92%；对数据进行初步处理和分析后采用相关等方法探讨幼儿园教师工作满意度状况及其与学历、性别、月收入等个人背景因素的关系。结论：（1）农村幼儿教师的婚姻状况、任职时间对其工作满意度的影响不显著；（2）有幼师资格证的幼儿教师，其工作满意度显著高于没有幼师资格证的幼儿教师；（3）不同学历的幼儿教师，其工作满意度差异性显著；（4）月收入高的幼儿教师，其工作满意度显著高于月收入低的幼儿教师。 　　关键词 农村 幼儿园教师 工作满意度 　　中图分类号：G615 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/ki.kjdkz.2016.08.089 　　Abstract Objective： To investigate the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in rural areas of Guizhou province. Methods： in a certain area of Guizhou Province 650 kindergarten teachers as subjects； by Guo Guang Lu teacher to write a teachers job satisfaction questionnaire on the subjects of collective surveying， 617 valid questionnaires， effective recovery rate was 94.92%； the data of preliminary processing and analysis by related methods to study the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers and its relationship with personal background of education， gender， income and other factors. Conclusion： （1） rural preschool teachers marital status， serving the effect of time on the job satisfaction was not significant； （2） Teachers Certificate of preschool teachers， job satisfaction was significantly higher than that of no Teachers Certificate of preschool teachers； （3） with different degree of preschool teachers and the difference of job satisfaction significantly； （4） high monthly income of preschool teachers， job satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the low monthly income of preschool teachers. 　　Key words rural； kindergarten teacher； work satisfaction 　　教师工作满意度作为一个心理学概念，是指教师对其工作及工作经历评估的一种态度反映。①即教师对自己所从事的工作及工作环境、工作报酬等的满意程度。幼儿教师的工作满意度在幼儿园管理中具有重要意义，它可以作为幼儿园管理效能的一个重要指标。因此，调查和了解幼儿教师的工作满意度，有助于了解幼儿教师的工作态度，同时为幼儿园的科学管理提供重要的心理学依据，具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。 　　1 研究方法 　　1.1 研究被试 　　从贵州省某地区随机抽取若干幼儿园，再从这些幼儿园中随机抽取幼儿教师作为本研究的被试。总共发放问卷650份，回收有效问卷617份，有效回收率为94.92%。其中男教师76人（12.3%），女教师541人（87.7%）；未婚教师322人（52.2%），已婚教师295人（47.8%）；学历为初中及以下22人（3.6%），高中或职高、中专227人（36.8%），大专313人（50.7%），本科及以上55
