康惠尔敷料治疗压疮的疗效观察 王玉霞 胡异卿 陈 翀 李剑英 王小燕 闫惠玲 程剑群 通讯作者：陈 翀 副主任医师，医学硕士 ahqmmaotou@ 电话（皖祁门县人民医院，安徽黄山，245600） [摘要] 目的 观察康惠尔敷料对患者压疮的治疗效果，为临床上压疮治疗提供依据。方法 将46例并发有压疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各23例，实验组采用康惠尔外贴创面治疗，对照组采用传统的方法治疗，评估两组治愈率及治愈时间，观察两组压疮生长及愈合情况。 结果 实验组治愈率（73.9%）显著高于对照组（34.8%），两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治愈时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 相较于常规治疗手段，康惠尔敷料可提高压疮患者治愈率，缩短治愈时间，值得临床推广使用。 [关键词] 康惠尔敷料 ； 压疮 ；治疗 Clinical effect of Comfeel Dressings on healing of pressure ulcers Wang Yuxia Hu Yiqing Chen Chong，et al The People’s Hospital of Qimen county, Anhui Huangshan, 245600, C hina Correspongding author : Chen chong [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Comfeel Dressings using on the treatment of the pressure ulcer and explore?the?effective?treatment?on?the?therapy?for?bedsore.
