摘要
采用Li-6400便携式光合作用系统(LI-COR.Lincoln,Nebrasks,USA)对石栗光合生理特性进行研究,结果表明:1)夏天,在没有遮阴的条件下,石栗的日变化呈典型的双峰曲线,具有明显的光合午休现象,最高峰出现在11:00,其最大净光合速率为5.946μmol·m-2·s-1,石栗为低补偿点、高饱和点植物,其光补偿点为6.17μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点位900μmol·m-2·s-1左右,其对光照的适应范围较宽。(2)石栗的最大羧化效率为:0.036,CO2补偿点为:107.86μmol·mol-1,且随着CO2浓度的不断升高,在0-2000范围内,石栗没有出现明显的CO2饱和点。(3)对石栗不同叶位叶片净光合速率的测定结果是:净光合速率从上至下叶片净光合速率是下降的。

Abstract
The photosynehetic physiological characteristics of Aleurites moluccana were studied with a Li-6400 (LI-COR. Lincoln, Nebraska, USA) portable photosynthesis system. The rusults show that under open conditions without shade, the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of Aleurites moluccana could be expressed as a double- peak curve and shouwed a clear phenomenon of midday depression in photosynthesis. The maximum photosynthetic rate (5.946μmol·m-2·s-1) appeared at 11:00 AM during the summer. Aleurites moluccana is a plant of light compensation points and light saturation point, the light compensation points were 6.17μmol·m-2·s-1 and the light saturation point 900μmol·m-2·s-1. The Aleurites moluccana’s range of light adapt to a broader. The carboxylation efficiency were 0.036 and the CO2 compensate concentration of photosynthesis were 107.86 μmol·mol-1With the CO2 increasing, it didn’t show appear CO2 saturate concentration point of photosynthesis range from 0 to 2000. The photosynthetic rate of last three leaves (first Leaf , L2 and L3) on Aleurites moluccana were reduced.
