摘 要 在晴天适宜条件下,运用开放式气体交换LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统对山茶属的普通油茶进行测定,研究普通油茶的光合速率,蒸腾速率和气孔导度等光合特性的日变化,并分析了不同密度条件下普通油茶的光合速率与叶片内外部环境的关系。结果表明:(1)疏植条件下测定的光合作用的各项参数均要优于密植条件下的普通油茶;(2)普通油茶的净光合速率与气孔导度正相关,与胞间CO2浓度负相关;(3)蒸腾速率的最高峰值与净光合速率的最高峰值并不同步;(4)空气中的CO2浓度与胞间CO2浓度日间变化趋势相似;(5)普通油茶的光合速率与光合有效辐射显著相关。

Determine the Photosynthesis rate of Camellia L. plant
Abstract Under the cloudless day being suitable condition, utilizes the open style exchange of gases LI-6400 portable photosynthesis determination system to carry on the determination to the Camellia, the research Camellia photosynthesis speed, the transpiration rate and blowhole leading and so on photosynthesis characteristic diurnalvariations, and has analyzed under the different density condition the Camellia plant photosynthesis speed and the leaf blade internal and external environment relations. The result indicated: (1) under the thin planting condition determines photosynthesiss each parameter must surpass under the close planting condition the Camellia (2) the Camellia photosynthesizes only the speed and blowhole leading is being related, with intercellular CO2 density inverse correlation; (3) transpiration rates high point value with photosynthesizes only the speed high point value not synchronization; (4) in the air CO2 density and the intercellular CO2 density the change tendency is similar during the day; (5) the Camellia of photosynthesis speed and photosynthesis effective radiation remarkable related.
