肝动脉化疗栓塞术对原发性肝癌免疫系统的影响摘要：目的：探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）对原发性肝癌患者免疫系统的影响，了解TACE术后患者淋巴细胞变化情况。方法：选取我院2014年5月-6月份收治的原发性肝癌患者35例作为研究对象，同时选取35例健康体检者作为对照组。术前1天、术后1周~4周分别测定患者血清中T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞水平，比较原发性肝癌患者术前1天淋巴细胞亚群水平和原发性肝癌患者术后1~4周淋巴细胞水平。结果：术前1d，对照组血清中CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较原发性肝癌患者高，但CD8、CD4CD25/CD4原发性肝癌患者较高；治疗后1周~2周时间内肝癌患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低，第三周开始上升，也叫术前偏高，但CD8、CD4CD25/CD4却表现与之相反；NK细胞的表达与CD3+相似，差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：肝动脉化疗栓塞术术后对原发性肝癌患者的免疫系统有短暂的抑制作用，但在术后大约3周后免疫系统的功能会恢复，而且较治疗前强。关键词：肝动脉化疗栓塞术；T淋巴细胞；免疫系统；影响The effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for primary liver cancer of the immune systemAbstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on immune system in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, understand the changes of lymphocytes in patients with TACE after operation. Methods: in our hospital from 2014 -6 in May admitted 35 cases of primary liver cancer patients as the research object, and 35 healthy people were selected as control group. The patients were measured in the serum of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell level 1 ~4 weeks 1 days before surgery, after surgery, compared with patients with primary liver cancer 1 days before operation and the level of lymphocyte subsets and 1~4 weeks after primary liver cancer patients with lymphocyte level.
