双摆线钢球行星传动减速器设计
摘要
随着机械制造业市场竞争的加剧,如何提高产品质量,加快产品的研发及缩短制造周期一直是机械制造业面临的一个问题。当今计算机技术在机械设计和制造中发挥着重要的作用,多种设计软件在机械设计的各方面得到了广泛的应用。
本课题在计算机辅助设计制造理论的指导下,对一种新型的“双摆线钢球减速器”进行了研究。这种新型减速器与国内外已有的齿轮减速器相比较,有如下特点:(1) 传动比范围大,最大可达几千。若制作成多级减速器,则更显示出本减速器的优点。(2) 结构简单、体积小、重量轻。(3)机械效率高。由于用滚动摩擦代替了滑动摩擦,减少了摩擦,提高了传动效率。这是别的许多减速器所不及的。论文的主要内容包括:介绍了双摆线钢球行星传动减速器的结构特点和工作原理,选取一组设计参数进行了详细的设计,分析了影响减速器性能的参数。根据减速器性能参数进行计算并运用CAD软件绘出减速器的装配图及零件图。
本文的研究结果为双摆线钢球行星传动减速器的设计和改进提供了重要的参考依据,也为新产品的开发提供了有效的方法与经验。

ABSTRACT
Along with the mechanical manufacturing market competition intensifies, how to improve product quality, speed up product development and reduce lead-time is always a problem with mechanical manufacturing industry. Todays computer technology in mechanical design and manufacturing plays an important role in variety of design software, all aspects of mechanical design has been widely used.
This topic in computer aided design manufacture theory, under the guidance of a new kind of double cycloidal steel ball reducer is studied. This new type reducer and researches have been compared the gear reducer, has the following characteristics: (1) transmission range, the biggest can amount to several thousand. If make multistage speed reducer, criterion more show the advantages of this gear reducer. (2) simple structure, small volume, light weight. (3) mechanical high efficiency. With the rolling friction is substituted for sliding friction, reduce the friction and improve the transmission efficiency. This is as many other reducer. The paper introduced the main contents include: double cycloidal steel ball planetary gear reducer structure characteristics and working principle, selecting a group of design parameters for the detailed design, analysis the influence of gear reducer. Performance parameters According to the speed reducer is calculated and performance parameters of CAD software draw gear reducer and parts drawing assembly drawings.
