PEG/无机盐双水相萃取体系及其在蛋白质和酶分离中的应用
摘 要
双水相萃取技术是一种新型液-液萃取技术,已应用于生物活性物质的分离。本文阐述了双水相萃取技术的基本原理与特点,并对其中的PEG(聚乙二醇)/无机盐双水相萃取体系及其在蛋白质和酶分离中的应用进行了综述。对双水相萃取技术存在的问题与发展前景进行了简要论述。

ABSTRACT
Aqueous two-phase extraction technique is a new-type liquid-liquid extraction, which has been applied to biological activity compounds. The basic principles and features of aqueous two- phase extraction technique were illustrated, and the polyethylene glycol/salt aqueous two-phase system and its application to partition and purification of proteins and enzymes were summarized. Its unresolved problems and directions in the future were also pointed out.
