Basing on single factor experimentsꎬextraction temperatureꎬethanol contentꎬultrasonic power and solid ̄liquid ratio were investigated. Results showed that the optimal ultrasound ̄assisted conditions of flavonoids were as follows:extraction temperatureꎬ35 ℃ꎻethanol contentꎬ73%ꎻultrasound powerꎬ350 Wꎻsolid ̄to ̄liquid ratioꎬ1∶ 35. Under this condition and to be extractedfor 50 minutesꎬthe maximum extraction rate of flavonoidwas 15.25%.
