基于CAN总线的汽车组合电子仪表系统设计
摘 要:由于汽车排放、节能、安全和舒适性等使用性能不断提高,使得汽车电子控制程度也越来越高。汽车电子控制装置必须迅速、准确地处理各种信息,并
通过仪表显示出来,使驾驶员及时了解并掌握汽车的运行状态,妥善处理各种情况。
基于CAN总线的汽车组合电子仪表系统采用的是TI的LM3S8962芯片为核心处理器,以CAN总线通讯协议为基本协议,并且使用步进电机作为汽车指针仪表的驱动器,同时辅以软件编程来实现各项功能。仪表所需的各种信息均由CAN总线来进行传递,从而大大降低了系统的设计复杂性以及布线难度。同时,仪器与整个车身CAN网络相连接,形成了一个完整的汽车一体化网络控制系统。
本课题利用总线技术设计汽车仪表通讯,使汽车仪表能够接收传感器的车速,油量,发动机转速,开关量等信号并实时显示出来,所设计的仪表主要应用于重型运输车等领域。同时系统能节省空间,节省成本,并且加快了数据传送,并且使得系统更稳定,安全,简便,快捷,是汽车仪表通讯未来的发展方向,有着相当广阔的市场空间。

The system Based on the Automotive CAN Bus combination of electronic instrument
Abstract:As a result of improvement of vehicle emissions,energy saving,safety and
comfort,automotive electronic control is becoming barer and beaver.Automotive
electronic control device must quickly and accurately handle a variety of information,and display through the instrument so that the driver has sufficient time to understand and master the operation of motor vehicles,and properly handle the various situations.
Automotive CAN bus based on combination of electronic instrumentation system use TIs chip as the core processor LM3S8962,the CAN bus communication protocol as the basic agreement,and use the stepper motor as a motor drive pointer instrument, supplemented by software programming to implement various functions. Instrumentation required for a variety of information to be passed by the CAN bus,which greatly reduces system design complexity and wiring difficult. Meanwhile,the instruments and the whole body is connected to CAN network to form a complete integrated network of automotive control systems.
