血液循环障碍(Blood circulatory disorder) Blood circulation disorder. TXT Section 1 congestion The blood content of an organ or local tissue is called hyperemia, which can be divided into two types: arterial hyperemia and venous hyperemia. Arterial hyperemia, which flows into local tissues or organs due to the dilation of small arteries, is called arterial hyperemia, also known as active hyperemia, or hyperemia. Causes and mechanisms There are many causes of arterial congestion, such as physical, chemical and biological factors, which can cause congestion as long as it reaches a certain intensity. In local tissues or organs, when the pressure is lifted abruptly, the arterial artery in the compression site is reflexes, which causes the local hyperemia, called decompression congestion. The mechanism of congestive occurrence includes both nerve reflex and humoral factors. Pathological changes The blood volume increased in the organs or tissues of arterial hyperemia, with a slightly larger volume and a bright red color. If occurrence in the body surface, congestion local temperature rise. If the intestinal mucosa is congested and bleeding, endometrium congestion The outcome and the impact on the body Hyperemia is a temporary reaction, the local blood volume can be returned to normal after elimination of the cause. Congestion is one of the bodys defensive adaptive responses. However, the cerebral and meningeal congestion can cause the increase of intracranial pressure and cause nerve symptoms. The blood flow in local tissues or organs is increased due to the obstruction of blood flow of venous blood. It is called venous hyperemia, also known as the passive hyperemia. Causes and mechanisms Venous pressure: the arterial stenosis or occlusion caused by external pressure of the vein causes the blood flow to be blocked, and the organs or tissues in the corresponding parts are filled with blood. Intravenous obstruction: the formation of venous thrombosis leads to a blockage of the ve
