孕期超声对胎儿畸形诊断价值   【摘要】 目的:探讨孕期超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年7月进行产检的120例产妇作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组实施孕期系统超声检查,对照组采取常规孕期检查,观察比较两种检测方法的畸形检出情况。结果:两种检测方法的诊断准确率方面进行对比,观察组孕期胎儿畸形的检出率100%明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:孕期实施系统超声检查,有利于提高胎儿畸形的检出率,值得临床推广应用。   【关键词】 彩超; 胎儿畸形; 孕检   中图分类号 R71 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2015)11-0073-03   【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Method:120 cases of pregnant women for prenatal in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given prenatal systematic ultrasonic examination,the control group was given routine pregnancy examination.The detection of anomalies in the two detection methods were observed and compared.Result:Comparing the diagnostic accuracy of two kinds of detection methods,the detection rate of fetal malformations in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the system during pregnancy ultrasound examination,can improve the detection rate of fetal abnormalities,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.   【Key words】 Colour to exceed; Fetal malformation; Pregnancy test   胎儿畸形不仅给家庭和社会带来沉重负担,同时也给家庭和社会带来了巨大的精神打击。如何提高畸形胎儿的检出率已成为当今医学界和社会共同关注的话题[1]。系统超声检查采用三维容积探头连续采集图像,获取的图像能够准确地反映出宝宝的实时动态,使得胎儿畸形,尤其是颜面部和体表畸形的检出率得到极大的提高,被广泛推广于孕妇产前的检查中[2]。本文选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年7月进行产检的120例产妇,分别进行系统超声、常规超声检查,现将分析报告如下。   1 资料与方法   1.1 一般资料   本文选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年7月进行产检的120例产妇作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组60例产妇中,年龄23~37岁,平均(27.0±2.5)岁,孕期14~38周,平均孕期(27.0±0.5)周,最佳筛查时间在17~25周。其中初次怀孕54例,2次或2次以上怀孕者6例。对照组60例产妇中,年龄22~35岁,平均(25.0±2.2)岁,孕期15~39周,平均(28.0±
