精品论文 参考文献 精神科住院患者精神药物使用情况调查分析 李永慧（四川省乐山市精神病医院 614000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨精神科住院患者精神药物使用情况调查分析。方法：抽取2014 年4 月-2015 年4 期间于我市精神科住院部进行治疗的600 例患者，按照数字表法随机分为三组，A（n=200）、B（n=200）、C（n=200）。调查患者精神药物使用情况，并分析患者使用药物的原因。 　　结果：精神科住院患者使用频率最高的精神药物为氯丙嗪55.0%、氯氮平34.40%，其中与前两者药物相配合使用的高频率药物为氟哌啶醇、利培酮、舒必利、奋乃静。三组患者的用药方式具有一定的差异性，从使用最基础精神药物氯丙嗪、氯氮平做为比较指标，A 组单用氯丙嗪频率最高，B 组单用氯氮平频率最高，C 组合用氯丙嗪、氯氮平的频率最高。结论：不同医院的使用药物方式并不一致。氯丙嗪与氯氮平具有高疗效、低价格的优势，其在精神病患中被广泛使用，值得临床上大力推广。 　　关键词：精神科患者；精神药物；调查；分析【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165（2015）13-0027-02Abstract: Objective: To investigate psychiatric inpatients psychotropic substances survey analysis. Results: The psychiatric inpatientspsychotropic substances most frequently used 55.0% of chlorpromazine, clozapine 34.40%, a high frequency of drug which cooperates with the former twodrugs used as haloperidol, risperidone, sulpiride, perphenazine. Three groups of patients treatment approach has some differences from the most basicpsychotropic drugs chlorpromazine, clozapine as a comparative index, A group was treated with the highest frequency of chlorpromazine, clozapine alonegroup B the highest frequency, C combination with chlorpromazine, clozapine highest frequency. Conclusion: The use of drugs in different ways thehospital is not consistent.
