The difficult employment of the female college studentsis caused by many aspects of reasons,such as the tradition of “preference of boys to girls”,the harsh requirements of the companies,the effects of different majors,the insufficiency of personality and competence, and so on.In order to solve the problem, the society must put the relative policies in the equality of male and female into practice, and reform the system of breast-feeding and leave for the em ployees. colleges and universities can open some courses or majors to meet the demand of the market, so as to improve the comprehensive personalities of female undergraduates. meanwhile,the female undergraduates also have to be awear of the employment in all aspects. Key Words:female college students；employment；difficulty reasons； countermeasures 一、女大学生就业难的现状 一直以来，大学生就业就是一个热点问题。改革开放初期，国家对大学毕业生实施毕业分配政策，大学生是一个人人羡慕的群体。随着市场经济的发展，市场对高材生的需要加大，由于大学生越来越多，而就业岗位增加甚少，出现了大学生找工作难的局面，女大学生找份工作更是历经艰辛。 特别是2008年下半年以来，金融危机从欧美发达地区扩散到亚洲地区，用人单位岗位需求减少，女大学生求职困难更大，有些用人单位甚至公开提出只要男生。与
