子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产术中出血临床应用价值 　　摘要：目的：探讨子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产术中出血的临床应用价值。方法：本研究于2013年1月～2014年12月将在我院接受剖宫产术术中出血的120例产妇按照数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，其中对照组采用传统宫腔纱条填塞综合治疗，而研究组则采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗，比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、产后出血量及产褥感染发生情况。结果：研究组产妇术中出血量、产后2h和24h出血量均较对照组明显下降；另外，研究组的手术时间较对照组明显缩短（P0.05）。研究组产妇住院时间较对照组明显缩短（P0.05）；另外，研究组产妇术中输血、产后出血及产褥感染发生率均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：子宫背带式缝合术处理剖宫产术中出血能够有效止血，术后并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词：子宫背带式缝合术；宫腔纱条填塞；剖宫产；出血 　　Abstract：Objective： To investigate the effect of uterine parceled suture on postpartum hemorrhage caused by cesarean. Methods： From January 2013 1 to December 2014 12 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into study group and control group by digital table. The control group used traditional intrauterine gauze packing of the comprehensive treatment， while the study group used uterine parceled suture therapy. Operating time， hospitalization time， intraoperative bleeding， postpartum hemorrhage volume and incidence of puerperal infection were compared between the two group. Results： 2h and 24h bleeding in study group were lower than the control group and the operation time of the study group was significantly shorter than the control group（x2/t=5.02， 4.51， 4.85， 7.78， P 0.05）. Hospitalization time of study group was significantly shortened than the control group （P 0.05）. Complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Uterine parceled suture treatment of cesarean section hemorrhage can effectively stop bleeding， and had low incidence of postoperative complications.
