This paper uses Google search engine for the entire network to search and extract the concept cluster of XaaS. Then ，the paper uses Web co-word analysis for the quantitative analysis of the formation ，communities structure and population boundary of cloud computing ecosystem. The result shows that the cloud computing ecosystem industry has been formed and is in a stable state. The internal structure of the cloud computing ecosystem applies with the “PT-CT hierarchical mod- el ”;while the external field shows the “One-Center and Two-Anchor ”development pattern with applicati
