摘要:采用盆栽试验研究了在正常施磷(+P)和不施磷(-P)条件下,移栽后70左右中烟101、K326、中
烟100和NC89四个不同基因型烤烟的上部叶(第18叶位)和中部叶(第10叶位)的磷含量、叶绿素含量以
及叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数受磷水平不同的影响。结果表明,不施磷处理均明显降低了各个基因型烤烟
上部叶和中部叶片内的磷含量,抑制了烤烟上部叶叶片叶绿素的合成,却使中部叶叶绿素含量升高,使叶
片PSⅡ关闭程度增加、光能转换和电子传递效率降低,过剩激发能增加。低磷胁迫时,各基因型烤烟受影
响程度不同,NC89叶片的荧光动力学参数受低磷的影响最大,Fo 升高,Fm、Fv、Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm 值下降,
且中部叶比该基因型上部叶的变化幅度更大。

The Effects of Phosphorus Fertilization on the Chlorophyll
fluorescence of Different Flue-cured Tobacco Genotypes

Abstract:The effect of phosphorus fertilization on leaf phosphorus contents, leaf pigments contents and
chlorophyll fluorescence of upper-leaf (18th) and cutters(10th) of four different flue-cured tobacco genotypes
which were Zhongyan101、Zhongyan100、NC89 and K326, were studied under two different phosphorus
fertilization levels on the 70th day after transplanting by pot test. The results showed that low phosphorus stress
caused the decrease in leaf phosphorus contents and leaf pigments contents of upper-leaf, but increase in leaf
pigments contents of cutters. Low phosphorus stress caused the increase in close degree of PSⅡ reaction center,
decrease in efficiency of light energy transformation and electron transportation, and increase in excessive excited
energy, and genotypic variation was observed among different genotypes in response to low phosphorus stress.
Compares to other varieties, chlorophy fluorescence Ⅱ of NC89 was more sensitive to the low phosphorus stress,
and its cutters changed more than upper-leaf.

烟叶既是烟株的营养器官又是其经济器官,烟株的生长、发育和产量品质的形成,最
终均决定于个体与群体的光合作用。磷几乎参与光合作用各个阶段的物质转化、光合产物运
