不同耐旱基因型玉米根系生理性状研究.pdf

浙江大学学报( ) 33( 4) : 407~ 412, 2007 Journal of Zhejiang University ( Agr ic Life Sci) : 2007) 1, 2 1 刘胜群 , 宋凤斌 ( 1. , 130012; 2. , 100039) : 为了研究玉米根系生理性状与耐旱性的关系, 以生长于田间的玉米掖单 13( 耐旱) 和 玉13 ( 不耐旱) 为试验材料, 分别于苗期拔节期孕穗期和灌浆期测定其根系分布保水力吸收面积氧化 力硝酸还原酶活性以及总糖和还原糖含量等项指标. 结果表明: 耐旱基因型玉米在2 1 cm 以下土层中 的根干重以及根系氧化力极显著高于不耐旱基因型玉米根系( P 00 1) ; 根系保水力可溶性糖含量 还原糖含量以及硝酸还原酶活性显著高于不耐旱基因型玉米根系( P 005) ; 根系总吸收面积和活跃 吸收面积在两基因型玉米根系之间差异不显著 ( P 005) . 这些结果表明, 根系所具有的吸水保水能 力和生物节水能力对玉米耐旱能力的发挥起着重要作用. : 玉米; 耐旱性; 根系; 生理功能 : S5 11 : A 1, 2 1 LIU Shengqun , SON G Fengbin ( 1.
