本科毕业设计(论文) MAX公司技术人员激励机制优化研究 学 院 管理学院 专业班级 学生姓名 学生学号 指导教师 提交日期 摘 要 自从改革开放以来我们国家的经济系统持续完善,国家的商业系统发生翻天覆地的改变,国有公司从一成不变走向了竞技的道路。但是在实际情况中,由于诸多公司对内部控制和员工激励机制的轻视,导致公司市场占有率与日俱减,盈利能力逐步减弱,致使公司存活周期日益狭隘。激励机制是保障员工的重要措施,而员工是维持公司经济命脉的主要保障。因此,健全激励机制,增强员工忠诚度,提高员工工作效率,在一定程度上能加快公司迈向良性持续发展的脚步。 本文以MAX公司为实例,针对关于该公司技术员工的激励方法进行事实分析研究,重点探讨公司技术员工的薪酬、福利与岗位、激励机制问题等等因素,使我们能深入了解当今企业发展成功与激励方法的相关性。同时,本文通过问卷调查的定性方式来研究公司的人力资源、激励机制的问题,并提出相关对策,期望所提意见能得到该公司的瞩目,也希望分析结果能对学术界起补偿作用。 关键词:激励机制;薪酬制度;绩效考核 Abstract Since the reform and opening-up of our country economic system continues to improve, dramatic change in the countrys commercial system, state-owned companies from fixed to the road But in reality, since many companies to employees incentive system and internal control of contempt, lead to the companys market share significantly reduced, profit ability weakened gradually, the company survive cycle is becoming more and more narrow Incentive mechanism is one of the important measures to safeguard employees and the employee is a guarantee to maintain the companys main economic lifeline Therefore, improve the incentive mechanism, enhance staff loyalty, enhances the working efficiency of the staff, to a certain extent, to speed up the company towards a healthy sustainable development. Based on dongfeng nissan company as an example, this paper aimed at about the companys customer service staff incentive methods of facts analysis, the paper mainly discusses the enterprise customer service staff salary, welfare and post enterprise incentive mechanism and so on factors, enables us to understand the current enterprise development success and relevance of incentive method At the same time, this article through the questionnaire survey way of qualitative to study the issue of the companys human resources incentive mechanism, and put forward the related countermeasure, expect the listener to get the attention of the company, also hope to compensation effect to the academic analysi
