. 588 . 中国抗生素杂志2010年8月第35卷第8期 文章编号：1001-8689(2010)08-0588-05 分析质控与制剂 HPLC法测定盐酸环丙沙星的有关物质 刘海玲 曹晓云 (天津市药品检验所，天津 300070) 摘要：目的 改进HPLC方法测定盐酸环丙沙星中有关物质(包括杂质A) 的方法。方法 在美国药典和欧洲药典(英国药典) 方法的基础上，优化了流动相系统，用梯度洗脱对盐酸环丙沙星中的有关物质进行了分离，并同时采用HPLC方法取代原TLC 方法对杂质A进行定量。结果 样品中各成分的分离度及检出灵敏度完全满足有关物质限度的测定要求。结论 改进后的HPLC 方法简单、专属性强，可有效控制产品的质量。 关键词：盐酸环丙沙星；杂质A ；有关物质；高效液相色谱法 中图分类号：R978.1+ 1 文献标识码：A Determination of related substances of ciprofl oxacin hydrochloride by HPLC Liu Hai-ling and Cao Xiao-yun (Tianjin Institute for Drug Control, Tianjin 300070) Abstract Objective To improve the method for determination of related substances of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(include impurity A). Methods On the basis of USP and EP (BP) methods, different mobile phase systems were optimized. Gradient elution was applied on the separation of ciprofl oxacin and its related substances, and instead of TLC for impurity A determination. Results The resolution and sensitivity of related substances were acceptable. Conclusion This method was simple and selective to be used for controlling the quality of product effectively.
