Conditions of Sale, Struers China 司特尔中国销售条款 General. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by Struers in writing, these conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from Struers to buyers. Conditions and agreements in addition to or deviating from these conditions must be confirmed by Struers in writing before coming into force. 总则: 除非另有司特尔明确的书面同意， 这些条款适用于司特尔提供给买方的所有产品销售 和服务。其他的条款和协议以及偏离这些条款的在生效之前必须有司特尔的书面确认。 Orders. Orders shall be accepted and executed by Struers with reservation for circumstances beyond Struers reasonable control. Orders shall be subject to cancellation or modification by buyer only on receipt of Struers written consent. 订单:司特尔接受和执行订单，并保留以防超过司特尔合理的控制。 买方取消或者修改订单, 须有司特尔的书面同意。 Prices. Prices shall be Struers established list prices at the time of order. Prices exclude testing and inspection fees, legalization costs, etc., unless otherwise specified. 价格：价格是订单时司特尔已建立的订价。价格不包括测试检查费，公证费等， 除非另有说明。 Terms of payment. All orders must be 100% prepaid before shipment from Denmark. Any other payment terms must be confirmed by Struers in writing before coming into force. The invoice will be delivered within 3 working days after shipment date. 支付条款：订单必须在丹麦发货前100%预付。其它的付款方式在生效之前必须有司特尔的书面 确认。发票在发货后3 个工作日之内寄出。 Delivery and delays. Stated times of delivery shall be within 8-12 weeks after receiving prepayment. Buyer must give notice within two weeks after receipt of goods of any alleged 1 defect. The buyer shall take the liability in the case of delay in acceptance of goods or payment.
