连续流动氢化物发生原子荧光法测定水中硒

摘 要:文章介绍连续流动一氢化物发生一原子荧光测定水中硒的方法,研究了盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度、灯电流、光电倍增管负高压、
泵速、载气和屏蔽气流量等对测定硒的影响,找出测定水中硒最佳条件。在最佳条件下,校准曲线相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.009 5 μg/L ,
方法的测量范围为0.038~300 μg/L,回收率在91.8%~110% 之间,测定结果满意。该方法具有操作简便、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高等优点。

Determination of Selenium in Water Sample by Continuous Flow-
Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric Method

Abstract :A method of continuous flow-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method to determine selenium
in water was introduced. Factors that affect determination of selenium such as concentration of hydrochloric acid ,
concentration of potassium borohydride ,lamp current ,photomultiplier tube negative high pressure ,pumping speed ,carrier
gas and shielding gas flow rate were studied to find the optimal conditions for determination of selenium in water. Under the
optimum conditions ,correlation coefficient of calibration curve is 0.999 9 ,with detection limit of 0.009 5 μg/L ,measurement
range of the method 0.038
