Specific radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to determine CGRP secretive content and immuno histochemistry staining with biodin avidin peroxidase compound method to observe the target cells of CGRP in psoriatic plaque lesion tissue of 32 cases of psoriasis vulgaris.
