影响我国货币政策有效性因素分析原创论文.doc

湖北工业大学商贸学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE III PAGE 1 摘 要 货币政策是中央银行为实现一定的经济目标而在金融领域所采取的方针和各项调节经济的措施，是国家宏观调控的重要手段，货币政策的选择直接影响着国家经济的发展，货币政策有效性关系着货币政策的实施对经济产生的影响。本文主要论述货币政策有效性的理论基础；总体而言，我国的货币政策是有效的，但存在制约因素，联系我国实际，说明我国货币政策实施过程中取得的成就，同时指出影响货币政策有效性的因素；借鉴西方发达国家的经验，探讨我国提高货币政策有效性的措施。 关 键 词:货币政策有效性，货币政策工具，货币政策传导机制，中央银行独立性 Abstract Monetary policy is the central bank in order to achieve the economic goal in the field of finances policy and the regulation of economic measures, is an important national macro-control means, the choice of the monetary policy affects directly the development of national economy, the effectiveness of the monetary policy affects the implementation of monetary policy on economic impact.
