Abstract Itisnecessaryto setupanew mathematicalmodelofsteam coalblending instead
oftheoldmode1.Indexessuchasmoisturecontent,ashcontent,volatilematter,sulfurcon-
tentandheatingvalue in thenew mathematicalmodelhave linearrelation.Thenew mathe-
maticalmodelcanalsopredictash-fusiontemperaturepreciselybyconsideringcoalashratio
insteam coalblending,thereforeitispossibletoobtainlinearrelationofash-fusiontempera-
turebetween singlecoalandsteam coalblending.Thenew mathematicalmodelcanimprove
precisionofsteam coalblendingandperfecttheoldmathematicalmodelofsteam coalblend。

Chinaisthelargestcoalproducerand consumerin theworld.Coalasmainresourceswilllastforalongtime
becauseofthepresentsituationofmineralsinChina.Four.fifthsoutputofraw coalisdirectlycombusted .Coal
resourcenotonlyiswasted butalsopollutesenvironmentifcoalqualityean notmeetboilersdemand.
Steam coalblendingisatypeofpracticaltechnologythatiswidelystudied.Steam coalblendingmeansmixture
ofdifferentcoalasarequirementofconsumersand issuitableto combustion ofboilers.Peoplebegin topay more
attention toreducepollutionwiththetapingandutilizingofcoa1.Therefore,itisimportanttousecoaleffectively,
reasonablyand efficientlyin ordertomakecoalindustryprogresscontinuouslyatpresent.Steam coalblendingis
