C02及水蒸气与煤焦共气化煤气组成分析

摘要:在绝对压力为0.1MPa、温度为1 K的条件下,采用实验室气化反应装置,考察
了某褐煤半焦与水蒸气、CO:及二者不同配比的混合气化剂气化所得煤气的组成及煤气产率。在
水蒸气及CO:共气化过程中,水蒸气及CO:均参与了气化反应;改变气化剂中水蒸气与CO:的比
例,可以制得H2体积分数与CO体积分数比值不同的煤气;煤焦与纯水蒸气气化的煤气产率高于
其与纯CO:气化的煤气产率;CO:及水蒸气与煤焦在共气化过程中产生了交互促进作用,提高了
煤气产率。
