Thus, they were called “The Beat Generation” .Many writers at that time prang up to describe the lives of such groups such as Jack Kerouac, Allan Ginsberg, and William Burroughs. In order to find the truth of life, and at the same time to find a correct way for the United States, they began their careers of writing and traveling; this trend had influenced many Americans at that time, and even today the influence continues. Among these writers, Jack Kerouac is the most famous one because of his great work On the Road. This book has given “The Beat Generation” a clear outline with a series of stray stories. Though literarily the stories might be dull, it is still a book that is deemed to be recorded into history.
