教师管理与评价体系

摘要：打造中国版人工智能教育大模型，探索大规模因材施教、创新性与个性化教学是实现中

国式教育现代化的重要内容。当前AI+教育、人工智能教育大模型在具体教育应用中还存在功利

化、短视化的问题，AI+教育异化为教育+AI以及AI+应试教育。要通过AI+教育实行大规模的因材

施教与个性化教育，必须深入推进教师管理与评价改革，建立与之相适应的教师管理与评价体系。

Abstract：InordertorealizethemodernizationofChinese-styleeducation,itisanimportantpart

toestablishaChineseversionofAI+educationlargemodeltoexplorelarge-scalecompetency-based

teachingaswellasinnovativeandindividualizedteaching.ThispaperpointsoutthatcurrentAI+

educationandAIeducationlargemodelstillhaveutilitarianandshort-sightedproblems,forexample,

thealienationofAI+educationintoeducation+AIaswellasAI+test-orientededucation.Aimingto

implementlarge-scalecompetency-basedteachingandindividualizedteachingthroughAI+education,

weneedtofurtherpromotetheteachermanagementandevaluationreform,andtoestablisha

compatibleteachermanagementandevaluationsystem.
