体检人群非酒精性脂肪性肝病患病率和相关因素研究 目的：探讨鄄城县企事业单位非酒精性 脂肪性肝病的患病率及其相关因素，以期为早期干预及改善 NAFLD预后提供依据。方法：以参与健康体检的3102例人群 为研究对象，收集相关体检资料进行统计学分析。结果：3102 例中NAFLD的检出率为11.03%，经单因素和logistic多元 回归分析，以甘油三酯、体重指数、空腹血糖、胆固醇、腰 、舒张压与NAFLD密切相关，其中甘油三酯、体重指数相 对风险度最高（0R分别为1.637和1.357）。结论：本县区 企事业单位NAFLD患病率较发达地区偏低，与肥胖、高血压、 高脂血症、高血糖、年龄等代谢相关性疾病有关。 关键词 非酒精性脂肪性肝病；流行现状；相关 因素 Analysis of Prevalence Rate and Related Factors of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease among the Physical Examination Crowd/ZHANG Jian-hua ， LIU Xue-hua. //Medical Innovation of China, 2014，11 (01): 150-151 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the contracting state and factors relating to nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) among the people who are woke in the enterprise and business unit of Juancheng county, in relation to a period of early intervention and provide the basis for improving the prognosis of NAFLD. Method: The healthy physical examination results of 3102 cases were collected for statistical analysis. Result： The NAFLD detection rate in the 3102 cases was 11. 03%. By univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis to triglycerides, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure was closely related with NAFLD， including triglycerides， body mass index highest relative risk (The OR was 1. 637 and 1.35， respectively) . Conclusion： The morbidity rate of NAFL in the county is lower than the developed regions. The factors relating to NAFL are obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia , hyperglycemia， age and other metabolic related diseases.
