公共图书馆业务档案管理优化策略

以贵州省图书馆为例

【摘要】公共图书馆业务档案是图书馆事业发展中形成的宝贵资料，反映了各个历史时期的业

务运作状况，具有重要的查考价值。本文采用案例研究法，深入剖析了贵州省图书馆

业务档案的管理现状及存在的问题。研究发现,近年来贵州省图书馆业务档案管理取

得了一定的成效，但在管理标准化、人才专业化、史料匮乏化、档案数字化等方面仍面

临诸多困境，认为可以从提升档案管理水平、加强专职人员培养、重视史料征集、提升

数字化管理层次等四个方面优化业务档案管理。

Abstract:Thebusinessarchivesofpubliclibrariesarevaluablematerialsformedduringthedevelopment

ofthelibrarycause,reflectingtheoperationalconditionsinvarioushistoricalperiodsandhavingsignifi-

cantresearchandreferencevalue.Bythecasestudymethod,thispaperdeeplyanalyzesthecurrentman-

agementsituationandexistingproblemsofthebusinessarchiveinGuizhouProvincialLibrary.There-

searchrevealsthatalthoughthebusinessarchivemanagementoftheGuizhouProvincialLibraryhasmade

certainachievementsinrecentyears,itstillencountersnumerouspredicamentsinaspectssuchasman-

agementstandardization,professionalizationofpersonnel,scarcityofhistoricalmaterials,anddigitalization

ofarchives.Itisbelievedthatthebusinessarchivesmanagementcanbeoptimizedfromfouraspects:en-
