HOUSEPURCHASEANDSALECONTRACT

Part1:GeneralProvisions

1.1ThisContractismadebyandbetweentheBuyerandtheSeller,whereintheBuyeragreestopurchaseandtheSelleragreestoselltheProperty(asdefinedbelow)accordingtothetermsandconditionsstipulatedinthisContract.

3.2TheBuyershallberesponsibleforpayingalltaxesandotherchargesrelatedtotheownershipofthePropertyfromthedateofclosingonwards.

Part4:WarrantyandRepresentation

4.1TheSellerwarrantsthatthePropertyisfreefromanyliens,encumbrances,orotherclaimsofanythirdparty,exceptforthosedisclosedinthisContract.TheSellershallindemnifytheBuyeragainstanylossesordamagessufferedbytheBuyerduetoanybreachofthiswarranty.
