HOUSERENTALCONTRACT

ThisHouseRentalContractismadeonthedateofexecutionbyandbetween[Tenant’sFullName]and[Landlord’sFullName](hereinafterreferredtoas“Tenant”and“Landlord”respectively).Bothpartiesherebyagreeasfollows:

1.LeaseProperty

TheLandlordagreestorenttotheTenantandtheTenantagreestorentfromtheLandlordthepropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress]identifiedasaresidentialhouse/apartmentwiththedescribedbelowpropertyconditionandrentalspecifications:

[Describepropertyspecificationsindetail,includingnumberofbedrooms,bathrooms,livingroomsize,kitchenfacilities,parkingfacilities,etc.]

2.TermofLease

Thetermofthisleaseshallbeginon[LeaseStartDate]andendon[LeaseEndDate].Aftertheexpirationofthisterm,unlessrenewedbymutualagreementinwriting,thisleaseshallbeterminated.

3.MonthlyRentalPayment

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRentalAmount].Rentshallbepaidonthefirstdayofeachmonth,oraccordingtotheschedulemutuallyagreeduponbybothparties.

4.SecurityDeposit

Tenantshallusethepropertyonlyforresidentialpurposesandnotforanyillegalorunlawfulactivities.TheTenantshallnotsubletorassignthisleasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

6.RepairsandMaintenance

Bothpartiesshallberesponsiblefortheirrespectivedutiesinmaintainingtheproperty.AnydamagescausedbynegligenceormisuseshallbebornebytheTenant.TheLandlordshallensurethatthepropertyisingoodconditionbeforethecommencementoftheleaseterm.

7.TerminationofLease

Thisleasemaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyforanycausepriortoitsexpirationdatebygivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Additionalreasonsforleaseterminationshallbeclearlystatedinthiscontract.
