Unit 4 I want to be an actor ( Section A 2a--2c) 说课稿 说教材 本课的教学内容 Go for it Book 2 Unit 4 I want to be an actor ( Section A 2a--2c) (二) 教材的地位与作用 Unit 4 中的 section A 主要是听说课,听说是英语学习五项技能中最基础的能力,也是本套教材的整体教学中的重要环节。听说技能的训练作为贯穿每个单元的技能训练,作为本单元的第二课时,本节课的听说训练安排主要是复习运用前节课的gist language,并让学生练习运用本节课关于谈论未来理想职业的的主旨语言,其作用在于为本单元中接下来的课时提供话题和语境。本节课的听说又具有为接下来本单元课堂的听说和读写技能训练与运用扫清语言障碍的作用。 由于整个单元都是围绕一个话题操练特定的功能语言项目 I want to be ……,即对学生初步的关于职业的认识和未来职业的理想展开,学习并熟练掌握该句型有助于学生能就对于自己未来的理想职业有一定的畅想与简单的初步规划。从本套教材的在英语技能培养上“听说领先,听写跟上”的编排主旨思想看,在平时的教学过程中重视培训学生运用英语进行交际的能力。根据《英语课程标准》的要求,听说课应侧重培养学生的听与口语表达的能力,体现英语教学的交际性与实践性。所以,本节听说课教学应着重培养熟练运用所学的功能用语谈论自己以及他人的理想职业的初步能力,为以后学生能自由谈论关于职业的的话题打下基础。 说教学目标的确立及其依据 Learning Objectives: Review and practice the words about occupation learnt in this unit : shop assistant, doctor, reporter, policeman, policewoman, waiter, bank clerk, actor, and so on, and use them to talk about the occupation. Learn and use “What do you want to be?” “I want to be a ……” to ask and answer the dreaming occupation of oneself in the future. Practice basic listening skills (1) Predict what the conversation is about by pictures in 2a. Listen for the gist and choose the right pictures to the dialogue. (3) Listen for the specifics and give the right information wanted in the chart frequently. (4) The objectives of mentality developing: To be aware of good listening habits, e.g., how to assign the attention to the target information and ignore other parts of information, and training the Ss ability of logical thinking and quick response by the coherent listening and the speaking in this lesson. (5) Use the gist language to practice asking and expressing the jobs now and the jobs will do in the future. 4. The moral objective: The Ss will know and understand their parents job well,and make them set their dreams for their own future and work hard on it. 说教学重难点的确立及其依据 本节课的重点在于句型What does he/she want to be? He/She wants to be a …….到句型What do you want to be? I want to be a …….
