反相乳液聚合制备阳离子聚丙烯酰胺微粒的研究

摘要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,通过反相乳液聚合法合
成了P(DMC—AM)共聚物。在正交试验的基础上,考察了乳化剂质量分数、引发剂质量分数、单体质量
分数、pH值、油水比以及反应时间等因素对产物特性黏数的影响。得到的较佳工艺条件为:乳化剂质量
分数 7.3 、引发剂质量分数200×10 、单体质量分数45 、pH值3.0、油水比1:2及反应时间4 h,在
上述条件下,所得产物的特性黏数可达7.617 dL/g。采用 FT—IR对产物结构进行了表征,并通过粒度
分布仪对粒子粒径分布进行了分析,利用透射电镜观察了反相乳液粒子的形貌。

Study on the cationic polyacrylamide micr0particles synthesized
by inverse emulsion polymerization

Abstract:Inverse emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide(AM)and methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride
(DMC)iS studied.The influences of factors,such as surfactant concentration,initiator concentration,monomer concentration,
pH,the ratio of oi1 to water and reaction time on intrinsic viscosity of product are examined.The obtained optimum reaction
conditions are surfactant concentration 7.3 ,initiator concentration 200×10一 ,monomer concentration 45 ,PH 3.0,the
ratio of oil to water 1:2 and reaction time 4 h.Under above conditions,the intrinsic viscosity of product is 7.617 dL/g.The
structure of obtained product is characterized by FT—IR.The size distribution of product is analyzed by Zatasizer 3 000 HS.
The TEM is employed to inspect the product s physical parameters.
