坚持高端引领 培养卓越技师 ： With the implementation of the regional economic development strategies of blue and yellow area and one round and one belt etc. ， the equipment manufacturing industry is also facing new challenges when it is in the process of adjusting the industrial structure. In this paper ， it describes some ways of implementing modular teaching and building a modular curriculum system ；working together with the joint ventures to develop personnel training programs and establishing a learning workstation ， skilled master studio ， famous teachers studio ； implementing the mode of order-training ； actively exploreing the teaching reform of the integration course in the outstanding technician class taking advantage of the colleges participation in the integrated curriculum teaching reform of the ministry of human society. Outstanding technician class implements the credit system teaching managementand skills identification with social and process assessment. Qualified persons could obtain the corresponding vocational qualification certificates and vocational qualification certificates. 0 引言 随着社会的发展， 职业教育仍然是教育领域的薄弱环节， 总 体发展水平与经济社会的发展需求还很不适应，存在脱节现象， 行业企业参与的内生动力不足。针对这一现象， 2011 年开始， 山东劳动职业技术学院提出“卓越技师”培养计划， 以颁发“高 等学历 +技师职业资格”双高证书为显著特点，定义为：“在较 高学历层次和实践经验的群体（高等院校学生和在职职工）中， 按照技师职业标准， 采取校企合作、 一体化教学模式培养的高端 技能人才”。 1 服务区域经济，创新人才培养方案 在转变发展方式、 调整产业结构经济转型升级的过程中， 高 端技能人才的短缺，已经成为制约经济社会发展的瓶颈。目前， 高职院校培养技能水平以中级工为主， 技师、 高级技师主要是技 术工人在师傅指导下， 依靠经验积累成长， 在数量上根本满足不 了社会需求。同时，随着科学技术进步，现代装备制造业需要脑 体结合的高端技术技能人才， 而高端技能人才的培养， 需要有较 好的培养起点， 产教融合校企合作的培养模式， 以及学历教育与 职业资格标准的有效衔接。 按照专业发展规划， 学院要在“十二五”形成以制造类专业 为主体，以电子信息和现代服务类专业为两翼的“一体两翼”专 业发展格局。 2011 年，学院按照“选择优势品牌、服务区域经 济”的原则，把数控技术、机械设计与制造、电气自动化技术等 8 个办学实力强的重点优势专业确定为卓越技师培养试点专业。 每年从 3000 多名新生中，依据高考成绩、技能测试、面试成绩 选取品学兼优的 300 人左右， 组建各专业卓越技师班， 单独编班 管理。根据卓越技师班学生的实际学力基础， 结合学院校内实习 工厂、校外合作企业等教育资源， 按照校企合作共育的指导思想， 量身订制人才培养方案， 把专科学历教学内容、 职业资格标准和 行业技术规范纳入课程体系。 按照先进制造业、 现代服务业中的 高端产业、高端产品、高端技术对高端技能人才知识、技能、素 质的要求， 编制专业教学标准， 培养能实现产业核心技术技能的 传承、积累和创新发展，具有高尚职业道德、较高人文素养、通 晓行业标准和超高
