摘要

就建筑公司而言，固定资产占据了很大一部分。当今社会发展的突飞猛进，间接地导致了建筑企业的发展不单单只是面临着良好的机遇同时也充斥着各式各样的挑战。如果一家建筑公司想要在当今社会中占据更重要的位置，则有需要加强公司的管理，特别是在固定资产的运营和管理中，来达到企业利润率以及资产使用率最大化的目的。所以，建筑公司需要加强对固定资产的管理，不断优化固定资产的分配和运行，以在生产和管理过程中获得更多的财政支持和物质保护，以提高企业自身的竞争能力。

本文基于塔城正塔建安公司为期六个月的专业实践，经过多次实地考察并对公司的固定资产有了一定的了解后，结合有关专业知识进行了深入的研究。首先阐释了固定资产的相关理论，接着介绍了塔城正塔建安公司及其固定资产管理现状与问题，然后分析了塔城正塔建安公司的固定资产管理存在问题的成因，最后对如何加强塔城正塔建安公司固定资产管理提出了相应的对策和建议。以期为公司今后的固定资产运营及管理提出一定的参考和借鉴，以使塔城正塔建安公司能够科学、健康、可持续的发展。

Abstract

Asfarasconstructioncompaniesareconcerned,fixedassetsaccountforalargepart.Therapiddevelopmentoftodayssocietyhasindirectlycausedthedevelopmentofconstructioncompaniesnotonlytofacegoodopportunitiesbutalsotobefilledwithvariouschallenges.Ifaconstructioncompanywantstooccupyamoreimportantpositionintodayssociety,itisnecessarytostrengthenthecompanysmanagement,especiallyintheoperationandmanagementoffixedassets,toachievethepurposeofmaximizingcorporateprofitabilityandassetutilization.Therefore,constructioncompaniesneedtostrengthenthemanagementoffixedassetsandconstantlyoptimizetheallocationandoperationoffixedassets,inordertoobtainmorefinancialsupportandmaterialprotectionintheproductionandmanagementprocess,inordertoimprovetheirowncompetitiveness.
