网络出版时间:2014-02-11 11:22 网络出版地址:/kcms/detail/31.1255.TK1122.008.html 庄健等:EGR 对燃用煤制油增压柴油机燃烧与排放的影响 EGR 对燃用煤制油增压柴油机燃烧与排放的影响 庄健,白金龙,胡振,乔信起 (上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院,上海,200240 ) 摘要:在一台增压柴油机上通过试验方法研究了EGR 对煤直接液化柴油 (DDCL )和普通石化柴油的燃烧以 及排放污染物的影响。试验结果表明:DDCL 着火滞燃期长于柴油,燃烧持续期短于柴油,这种差别在40%EGR 率下更明显;相同策略下DDCL 燃烧对应的最大压升率高于柴油;当进气氧浓度低于19%后DDCL 燃烧产生 的NOx 低于柴油;不论采用何种控制策略,DDCL 燃烧产生的碳烟总低于柴油,产生的CO 和HC 总高于柴 油;柴油机分别燃用DDCL 与柴油的油耗率很接近,随着EGR 率的增加,DDCL 的燃油经济性逐渐差于柴油。 Effect of EGR on Combustion and Emission Characteristics of Diesel Engine Fueled with Diesel from Direct Coal Liquefaction Zhuang Jian, Bai Jinlong, Hu Zhen, Qiao Xinqi (School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University ,Shanghai 200240) Abstract: The effect of EGR on combustion and emissions of diesel from direct coal liquefaction (DDCL) and fossil diesel was studied by test method on a turbocharged diesel engine. The results showed that compared with diesel, the ignition delay is longer and the combustion duration is shorter for DDCL. The difference is more obvious with 40% EGR. The maximum pressure rise rate of DDCL is always higher than diesel under the same control strategy. NOx of DDCL is lower than that of diesel when intake oxygen concentration is less than 19%. Compared with diesel, soot of DDCL is always lower, and CO and HC of DDCL are always higher regardless of control strategy. Fuel consumptions are close when diesel engine is fueled with DDCL and diesel separately.
