浅析艾莱依公司品牌战略的实施及作用
摘 要
品牌战略是指企业为了提高企业的竞争力而进行的,围绕着企业及产品的品牌而展开的形象塑造活动,本身就是一个不断积累、壮大的过程。自改革开放特别是全面实施市场化经济以来,在中国大地上涌现了难以计数的品牌,中国无疑已成为品牌大国,品牌战略也越来越受到社会特别是业界人士的重视。创名牌,实施品牌战略已逐步成为众多企业相互竞争、开拓市场、求得生存与发展的重要战略。
本文首先分析了目前国内的品牌战略的现状和浙江艾莱依集团的现状,然后对浙江艾莱依集团的品牌战略、品牌战略的实施以及品牌战略的作用进行调查分析及研究,探讨了艾莱依集团的品牌成功的原因,该集团的每一个策略都紧紧的围绕着集团的发展战略,使其逐步获得成功。

Abstract
Brand strategy is to show enterprise in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and undertake, around the enterprise and the product brand to launch image activities, itself is a continuous accumulation, growing process. Since reform and opening up, especially since the full implementation of the market economy in China, the earth has emerged to count the brand, China has become a brand superpower, undoubtedly brand strategy becomes more and more attention of industry insiders social especially. Gen brand, implementing the strategy of brands has gradually becomes the multitudinous enterprise competition, market, and seek survival and development of the important strategy.
This paper first analyzes the present situation of domestic brand strategy and zhejiang Eral is depended on groups situation, and then to zhejiang Eral is depended on group brand strategy, brand strategy and the implementation of brand strategy role investigating research and analysis, it is concluded that the Eral is depended on group brand successful reason, the groups every strategies are tightly around the group development strategy, make its gradually achieve success.
