浅析平湖电信企业战略管理
摘要
通过了解品牌战略的重要性以及对于自身发展的作用来引导出所要研究的平湖电信的品牌战略。通过对平湖电信公司的品牌战略的粗略的分析,了解平湖电信在平湖地区的市场地位、市场占有率,竞争优势以及自身的3G业务品牌。当前,电信市场正逐步开放,新技术纷至沓来,电信运营商之间的竞争也日益激烈,电信市场的利润空间也在不断减小,要在此过程中获得持续的竞争优势,规划和实施品牌战略是一种行之有效的方法。平湖电信与其他的运营商相比较所具有的优势在哪里,如何打造自身的品牌,在具有优势的3G业务的基础上找准企业的品牌定位,树立起良好的企业形象。由于平湖电信在品牌经营上还处于探索阶段,现阶段存在的一定问题和困惑,必须找出应对措施,毕竟还走在路上,尽量避免走错路、弯路。

Abstract
By understanding the importance of brand strategy and for its role in development to guide the study of Pinghu telecommunications to be a brand strategy. Pinghu telecommunications companies through a rough analysis of brand strategy, understanding of the region in Pinghu telecom market position, market share, competitive advantages and its own brand of 3G services. Currently, the telecommunications market is gradually opening up, new technology after another, the competition between telecom operators are also becoming increasingly fierce, the profit margins of the telecom market is also decreasing, in the process to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, planning and implementation of brand strategy is an effective method. Pinghu Telecom and other operators the advantages compared to where and how to build their own brands, with the advantage in the 3G business, identify companies on the basis of brand positioning, and establish a good corporate image. Pinghu Telecom in brand management as still at the exploratory stage, theres some problems at this stage and confusion, must find the response, after all, still go on the road, try to avoid taking the wrong road, detours.
