独立学院教师职业认同感研究 摘 要 独立学院“ 民办非企业”的特有属性,决定了独立学院教师职业认同感 表现形式的特殊性,造成独立学院教师职业认同感特殊性的原因既与教师自身 的素养和教师的职业认知有关,更与社会政策和独立学院的管理环境有关。如 何提高独立学院教师的职业认同感,建立一支高素质的稳定的师资队伍,是事 关独立学院教育教学质量稳步提高和独立学院可持续发展的重大课题。 本文首先对教师职业认同感的概念进行阐释,进而提出独立学院教师职业 认同感存在问题的四个方面:教师职业成就动机淡漠与功利色彩较强并存、职 业化要求与敬业意识弱化并存、自我价值追求与职业价值缺失并存、职业情感 丰富与人格魅力淡化并存等,并提出培育和提高教师职业认同感的意义;然后 对影响独立学院教师职业认同感的内在因素和外在因素进行剖析,得出社会对 独立学院认可度较低、独立学院未来发展的不确定,以及学校环境无法使教师 最大限度获得职业归属感和教师职业化素养缺失是影响独立学院教师职业认同 感的主要因素;最后论文提出了提高独立学院教师职业认同感的思路与对策: 一方面社会应为教师成长营造良好的政策环境;另一方面学校应为教师成长构 建现代人文主义关怀;此外,教师本人应注重个体的自我完善与发展。 关键词:独立学院 教师职业认同感 对策 I 独立学院教师职业认同感研究 Abstract Independent Colleges are personal possession. They are not belong to the state or any group. This unique attribute decides the particularity of their teachers’ professional identification. The factors to build teachers’ professional identification related not only to their professional quality and cognition, but also to the social policies for Independent Institute and their management environment. How to improve the teachers’ professional identification and establish a stable high-quality team of teacher is very important. This is a subject related to improving their education quality steadily and sustainable developing for all the Independent Colleges. This thesis explained the concept of teachers’ professional identification firstly, then put four problems about teachers’ professional identification.
