论文2604130359 5/16吨门式起重机副起升机构设计 摘 要 起重机的出现大大提高了人们的劳动生产效率和经济效益,以前需要很多人力物力才能搬运的大型物体,现在用起重机就能轻易的达到效果,尤其是在小范围的搬运过程中,起重机的作用相当明显。随着现代化工业的发展,起重机械已经成为现代生产不可缺少的重要设备之一。 起重机属于起重机械的一种,是一种作循环、间歇运动的机械。通过吊钩或其它吊具起升、下降或升降与运移物料的机械设备,又称行车、吊车、天车等. 根据它起吊物品不同及单位时间内有效工作循环数的不同,起重机又可以分轻级、中级、重级、超重级等不同的工作类型。一个工作循环包括:取物装置从取物地把物品提起,然后水平移动到指定地点降下物品,接着进行反向运动,使取物装置返回原位,以便进行下一次循环。 本次设计主要对单主梁龙门起重机进行设计与分析。包括副起升机构进行合理设计及正确计算。 关键词:工作循环; 副起升机构; 龙门起重机; Abstract Summary of cranes appear greatly improved labor productivity and economic benefits that previously might have required a lot of manpower and material resources to handling large objects, now with a crane can easily achieve the desired effect, especially on a small scale in the handling process, cranes role is quite visible.
