毕 业 设 计 设计(论文)题目：140t门式起重机设计 姓 名： 学院（系）： 专 业：机械 班 级： 学 号： 指导教师： 2009年 5月 摘要 摘要：近年来，随着国民经济的飞速发展，物资流通周转的速度明显加快，这就增加了人的体力劳动。正是在这种情况下，起重机为减轻笨重的体力劳动、提高工作效率、实现安全生产等方面贡献了巨大的力量。它的使用，使生产、运输等更加驱于大型化、规模化。龙门起重机是起重机中的一种，主要用于大型料场、码头、钢厂、铁路货场等，它的形式主要有两种，一种是桁架式，一种是箱形结构。桁架式龙门起重机简单、轻巧，主要由型钢焊接而成。箱形笨重，主要由板材焊接而成。轨道式集装箱龙门起重机（英文缩写RMG）是集装箱堆场专用机械之一，它利用市电，通过行走轮在轨道上的移动，配有20，40可伸缩吊具（根据需要亦可配双箱吊具），在集装箱堆场的规定范围内起吊、堆放集装箱。 关键字：起重机，主结构设计 Abstract Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, circulation of materials flow speed to be accelerated apparently, this increases the persons physical labor. Keyword: Track Crane, structural design 绪论 随着我国物流运输业的蓬勃发展，作为重要物流设备的起重机械向高速、重载方向发展，因此对机械的性能要求也越来越高。由于起重机械工作频繁、承受的大多是随机动载荷，其焊接钢结构在低应力反复作用下，会产生疲劳现象。当疲劳破坏发生时，构件会发生突然断裂，导致灾难性的设备事故和人身伤亡。对于龙门起重机，在设计上强度、刚度一般来说都是满足设计要求的，但还应满足疲劳设计要求，以防止疲劳断裂事故的发生。人们经过长期大量的研究，从疲劳发生的微观机理、结构疲劳的宏观特点到疲劳理论的形成以及应采取的防止措施，疲劳的研究都取得了很大的成就。随着计算机技术和有限元分析技术的发展，疲劳寿命分析法得到了广泛发展。设计人员借助这一方法可以在产品设计阶段比较不同方案的疲劳寿命品质的优劣，校核产品的疲劳寿命是否满足设计要求，还可以根据分析结果优化疲劳设计。 轨道式集装箱门式起重机总概 本起重机专供集装箱货场上作集装箱
