摘要

幼小衔接是幼儿从幼儿园大班过渡到小学的关键时期，此阶段幼儿可能面临多重心理压力源，包括学历、规则、教师、同伴、环境及家长等方面的压力。这些压力源对幼儿的心理健康和学习状态产生深远影响。研究表明，这些压力源不仅影响幼儿的学习成绩，更对其心理健康和社会化发展产生重要影响。针对上述问题，本研究提出了多项缓解策略：建立良好的沟通渠道以增进理解和支持；强调教育工作者和家长在心理支持方面的作用；呼吁加强相关政策制定与实施，确保幼小衔接工作的顺利进行。最终，本研究期望能为教育实践提供科学依据，帮助构建一个更加和谐、健康的过渡期教育环境，促进幼儿全面发展。

Abstract

Thetransitionofchildrenfromkindergartentoprimaryschoolisacriticalperiod,duringwhichchildrenmayfacemultiplepsychologicalstressors,includingacademicbackground,rules,teachers,peers,environmentandparents.Thesestressorshaveaprofoundimpactonyoungchildrensmentalhealthandlearningstatus.Studieshaveshownthatthesestressorsnotonlyaffectchildrensacademicperformance,butalsohaveanimportantimpactontheirmentalhealthandsocialdevelopment.Inresponsetotheaboveproblems,thisstudyproposesanumberofmitigationstrategies:establishinggoodcommunicationchannelstoenhanceunderstandingandsupport;Emphasizingtheroleofeducatorsandparentsinpsychologicalsupport;Callforstrengtheningtheformulationandimplementationofrelevantpoliciestoensurethesmoothprogressoftheworkofconnectingchildrenandyoungchildren.Finally,thisstudyisexpectedtoprovideascientificbasisforeducationalpractice,helpbuildamoreharmoniousandhealthytransitionaleducationenvironment,andpromotetheall-rounddevelopmentofchildren.
