南浔农村信用社绩效评估体系研究
摘 要
我国经济体制改革尤其是金融体制改革的逐步深入,使农村信用社合作信用金融机构所面临的市场经营环境正发生着巨大的变化,将面临着资本资源、市场资源、人力资源等多方面的挑战。因此能否制订并执行合理的绩效管理体系,从某种意义上讲是管理中关系组织发展前途命运的关键一环。
Performance Evaluation About Nanxun rural credit cooperatives
Abstract
Chinas economic reform, especially the gradual deepening of the financial system reform, rural credit cooperatives, cooperative financial institutions face credit market environment is undergoing tremendous changes, will be faced with capital resources, market resources, human resources, and many other challenges . Therefore, a reasonable ability to develop and implement performance management system, in a sense is the relationship between the management of organizational development a key element of the future and destiny. This article analysis Nanxun rural credit cooperatives’ Evaluation perfect to be performance from the perspective of the health-based organizations, make well-developed performance evaluation system and application system, with a standardized, personalized performance management solutions, hope to have the management of the rural credit cooperatives.
Of course, since I practice in the short time line, many problems can only be analyzed from the surface, and not detailed enough depth for the text of irregularities may occur also hope to give criticism and correction.
